Solving business problems often starts with innovation.  Here’s a list of the five I‘s of Innovation:

1.  Inspect the symptoms attached to the complex problem in the organization and determine where the  symptoms  connect.  Focus innovation at the point where the symptoms connect.

2.  Ignore things that do not matter.

3.  Improve the talent level of the people in the organization.

4.  Incent behavior tied to innovation.

5.  Identify and recognize ideas that improve productivity.

The I‘s have it when it comes to Innovation!
