  1. Always listen more than you talk.
  2. Be aware of all the decision influencers.
  3. Commit to selecting only quality new business prospects.
  4. Don’t ever leave an appointment without scheduling the next one.
  5. Every customer I ask for a referral gives me one (ask more often).

Take the ABC challenge this week: Print this post and keep track of how many times you do each item on this list.  Share the post with your co-workers, and ask them to do the same.  Create a competition, losers buy on Friday!
